The editorial board asks the authors to be guided by the following rules when preparing articles for publication in the journals.
Scientific articles submitted to the editorial office of the journal must be formatted in accordance with the basic publishing standards for the formatting of articles in accordance with GOST 7.5-98 “Journals, collections, information publications. Publishing design of published materials”, bibliographic lists in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of drawing up”.
* No more than one manuscript from one author or the same author as part of a team of co-authors is allowed per issue.
* The number of co-authors of one article is not more than 5.
* The degree of originality of the article must be at least 75% (in accordance with the decision of the editorial board).
* Submitted articles must not be previously published, subsequent publication in other journals, including translations into other languages, is not allowed.
* The decision to accept the manuscript for publication is made after the review procedure.
* Reviewing is carried out confidentially (“double blind reviewing”), the author is not told the name of the reviewer, and the reviewer - the name of the author of the article.
* A payment receipt is provided after the article is accepted for publication. The publication fee in the journal for the «Philosophy» section is 20,000 (twenty thousand) tenge, and for the sections «History», «Sociology», «Cultural Studies», and «Political Science» it is 3,600 (three thousand six hundred) tenge.
* For doctoral students of NJSC “Toraighyrov University” and foreign authors (without Kazakhstani co-authors) publication in the journals is free of charge.
* If the article is rejected by anti-plagiarism or a reviewer, it is returned to the author for correction. The author can resubmit the article for anti-plagiarism or peer review 1 time. The author is responsible for the content of the article.
The editorial board is not engaged in literary and stylistic processing of the article.
Articles in violation of the requirements are not accepted for publication and are returned to the authors.
The date of receipt of the article is the date of receipt by the editors of its final version.
Articles are published as they become available. The journal is formed based on the number of no more than 30 articles in one issue.
The frequency of publication of the journals is four times a year (quarterly).
Terms of submission of the article:
- - first quarter until February 01;
- - second quarter until May 01;
- - third quarter until August 01;
- - fourth quarter until November 01.
The scientific journal “Bulletin of Toraighyrov University. Philology series” is issued 4 times a year in a network (electronic) format at the following deadlines for the release of journals issues:
- - a first issue is published until March 30 of the current year;
- - a second issue – until June 30;
- - a third issue – until September 30;
- - a fourth issue – until December 30.

To submit an article for publication, the author must register on the site.
The author who has made the greatest intellectual contribution to the preparation of the manuscript (with two or more co-authors) is the corresponding author and is indicated by “*”.
Authors from different educational institutions are indicated by numbers 1,2.
To carry out the double review procedure (blind), the authors need to send two versions of the article: the first - with personal data, the second - without personal data. If the principle of blind review is violated, the article is not considered.
